If you've already got an invoice, drag and drop the pdf(s) into Adfin and you're done (no typing!). If you create them in an accounting software, connect it to Adfin and we'll automatically add them in. Or use our quick payment request generator and invoice editor to raise requests in Adfin itself (coming Q3).
We automate communications
We notify the customer according to your preferences: email, whatsapp, SMS - and you can edit messages for your style and timelines. Adfin’s professional distribution helps build trust - getting you paid faster.
We handle payments
We present the optimal payment methods to the customer - card, bank or direct debits - with the latest tech so the experience is as slick possible. You get the money in your account as soon we get it (from immediately to 2 days) and you can set up different destination accounts for your funds if required.
We handle the chasing part
Noone likes chasing for payment. Fortunately, you can use our AI-driven Workflows tool to set up reminders and view at a glance the status of invoices. But Adfin payment requests are so easy to pay, customers tell us they get paid faster anyway - often same day!

To get started with Adfin, simply sign up for our waitlist. We're currently inviting a select number of businesses to help shape our product in the early stages. Sign up and we'll get in touch with you.
Adfin keeps it simple. Creating an account is free, and there are no monthly fees. We only charge a 1% fee for successful payments, regardless of type. Some very specific card transactions cost us much more to process than others, so if any of these crop up we will levy an additional 1% fee on those to cover some of our costs. These are cross-border card transactions (ie, where the payer isn't in the UK) or corporate card transactions. Over time, our firm promise is to lower fees as the underlying payments get cheaper to process - for example, as more people adopt open banking.
Adfin seamlessly integrates with your cloud accounting software, like Xero. We have invested considerable time working closely with bookkeepers to ensure we reconcile accurately, including fees, as we know how hard this can be to get right.
