Adfin’s platform has been built from scratch using the latest technology to be as safe and secure as possible. For more information, see adfin.com/security.
All collected funds remain with Adfin’s licensed payments partners, who are detailed in our Terms. All funds are safeguarded at all times.
Adfin is well-funded and by virtue of our pending EMI licence application from the FCA in the UK, has extremely robust procedures already in place to manage our finances and ensure we would not cease to operate in a disorderly fashion. All funds are held and safeguarded with our FCA-licensed partners (more details in our Terms) and if Adfin ceased to operate, your funds would be returned by those partners.
We would be a bad business if we made promises we can’t keep, and not all of our costs are in our control. For instance, for many card types, the vast majority of our fee is passed straight back to the customer’s bank in the form of interchange, and we can’t control whether those fees are increased. However, what we can say, is that our business model is sound on the pricing we have today and our Transparency Manifesto at adfin.com/pricing provides more detail on how we believe Adfin is different when it comes to pricing.
We are building a new type of payments company here at Adfin: one where transparency and trust are central. And our team is deeply committed to building an independent company: many of us have been acquired before, not always with positive impact. Therefore, while we can make no promises, our intentions are certainly to remain independent, and even if we didn’t, we would ensure any buyer shares our core values.
