Supplementary fees
While most collections fall into our Standard charge above, we sometimes need to pass on additional costs:
- Premium card collections (commercial Visa and Mastercard, and/or EEA cards) are charged at 2% + 20p of the successful transaction value, due to the higher underlying charge from the issuing bank (interchange) for these cards
- Super premium card collections (non-EEA cards, fleet cards, and super premium commercial Visa and Mastercard cards) at 3% + 20p
- Chargebacks have a £6 handling fee
- Larger direct debits carry more risk, so an additional 0.15% charge will be applied on amounts above £2000: still half the cost of other providers
