Payments questions

How do I know Adfin is safe?

Adfin’s platform has been built from scratch using the latest technology to be as safe and secure as possible. For more information, see adfin.com/security.

Who is responsible for providing me with payment services?

Adfin enables you to distribute and manage requests for payment to your customers. Payment services are provided directly to you by one of our FCA-regulated payments partners and their name may appear on your customers' bank statements:

Adyen N.V.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd
Tink Financial Services Ltd

If you or any of your customers have any questions about the payment services, please reach out to us directly.

Your fees are very competitive. Will they ever increase?

We've built our payment infrastructure from scratch in the AI era, which is why our platform is so secure, reliable and cost competitive. Not all of our payment-related costs are within our control as they are set by the underlying payment scheme: for example, the majority of card fees go to the issuing bank in the form of interchange. However, unless these underlying costs change we can see no reason why Adfin would increase fees, and we are in fact working to see where we can lower them. Our Transparency Manifesto at adfin.com/pricing provides more detail on how we believe Adfin is different when it comes to pricing.

How can I trust that you won’t get sold to someone who increases fees?

We are building a new type of payments company here at Adfin: one where transparency and trust are central. And our highly experienced team is deeply committed to building an independent company which remains in our control. Therefore, while we can make no promises, our intentions are certainly to remain independent, and even if we didn’t, we would ensure any buyer shares our core values.
