Adfin | Just Get Paid with Adfin's world-first agentic AI, built for business

Today marks a huge milestone for Adfin.

Since we started the company, our goal was clear. Automate all the manual processes that slow down businesses and help them Just Get Paid (our new slogan!).

With our product releases this month, we have made huge strides towards that goal. Businesses can now, for what we believe to be the first time in the world, entirely automate their revenue operations end to end using agentic AI and our next-generation payment platform.

We're hugely excited about all the benefits this will bring our accountant and bookkeeping customers, who will be able to use these tools themselves and with their clients.

We view payment collections through three pillars. Looking at each:

Capture

Adfin already supports loading invoice data from any system with our revolutionary Adfin Bridge agentic AI solution. This allows customers to connect to any software and load the invoices into Adfin.

We also already have a powerful invoice capture tool, which can take any data in any format and turn it into hundreds of invoices near-instantly, no typing required.

And of course, Adfin’s own invoice creation tool goes from strength to strength and is loved by many customers for its time-saving UI.

Collect

This is where we’ve made huge strides with this release. Adfin Autopilot is a truly ground-breaking product: just copy your existing message templates into Adfin, and Autopilot intelligently adapts them for the context. We built this initially for our own credit control: we found ourselves constantly copying and pasting email addresses, invoice amounts, numbers and so on to emails, and thought “there has to be a better way”.

With Autopilot, there is! You can connect your existing email server and send emails seamlessly from your existing address without typing a thing. This not only saves huge amounts of time but significantly improves how quickly you can get paid, as personal-looking emails get a much better response than obvious templates.

But that’s not all: we’ve been busy!

We now also support bank transfers, because sometimes this is the only way payers can pay you. However, before Adfin, you would need to manually check your bank account and reconcile each payment individually. With Adfin, this is entirely automated and we stop the chasing instantly.

Our bank transfer product is seamlessly integrated alongside pay by bank and the other payment methods we offer, and you can control when and how it appears in the Payment Limits configuration.

Adfin AutoCollect+ combines card and direct debit options into a single customer journey, meaning less time spent chasing for payment.

A business could collect an initial payment on card, with the option to immediately sign a direct debit mandate for future recurring payments. Or if a direct debit mandate hasn’t been signed, a business can automatically switch to offering a card payment.

We’ve also released instalment payments, so you can easily split any payment into parts (including unequal parts, if you prefer!) and statements (in beta) so customers can pay multiple invoices at once and access a neat payment portal to view their invoices and data.

Control

Adfin can already automatically reconcile all your payments to accounting software or any other software via Adfin Bridge. We’ve really invested in making these connections super reliable, and have released further optimisations for edge cases (there are quite a few!).

More broadly, wecontinue to upgrade the Console with credit control features, including custom statuses this month, so you can easily tag invoices with different statuses. Look out for many more upgrades in the coming months: we are aiming to ensure Adfin is a must-have tool for credit control teams.

What these upgrades mean

With these new features, it is now possible to automate your collections entirely end to end, from invoice capture, payment collection, to credit control. And just as importantly, these tools really help businesses get paid faster and at lower cost.

We have similarly huge releases planned for the rest of this year.
