We've upgraded our merge customer functionality so you have full flexibility to select which associated item from each customer record to keep when merging, making it easier to manage your duplicate customers.

Now you can merge customer A and B, whilst retaining the details of customer A but the direct debit mandate for customer B - handy when you have previously set up a mandate using an old customer record!
