Join us this week as we bring the spotlight to Stefan Mihalache, our newest Software Engineer at Adfin . We had a fun Q&A session to get to know him better. Here are some highlights from our chat:
1. What inspired you to pursue a career in software engineering?
S: I wanted to understand how the internet works and work with meaningful, complex problems.
2. Why did you decide to join Adfin?
S: I saw a lot of progress in a very short period of time. It also counted that Adfin is building a top-tier team, and I wanted to be part of it.
3. What’s the most interesting or challenging project you’ve worked on so far?
S: I’ve started an investment group called Wise Stone Investments. The objective was to increase the ROI of companies in the extraction sector.
4. When you’re not coding, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
S: I love developing new skills—whether it’s popular dance, tango, swimming, or singing. I also enjoy reading about topics that help me understand the world better or that might inspire new skills in the future.
5. What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show?
S: It’s hard to choose only one, but for movies, I'd name a few: Godfather , Limitless , and Wall Street .
